Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions

Prices:

Sessions are £70 and last 1 hour-

I offer an initial phone consultation free of charge. This gives you the chance to connect with me and see if you feel comfortable working with me. I can also take the opportunity to listen and understand your situation.

I monitor all my clients using the CORE system. This gives an independent measure of how clients are managing in their lives. Most clients make significant progress in addressing the issues for which they came to therapy with between 6 and 12 sessions.

Home Visits

For clients who prefer I offer a home counselling service. There are many reasons why you may prefer that I visit you in your own home. All I ask is that you can ensure a quiet uninterrupted space for the session. If you would like me to work with your family holistically it may be helpful for me to make at least one home visit.

The cost of the session remains the same; between £70 per hour. Travel time is charged at the same rate.

Skype or Video Sessions

Online Counselling sessions are becoming increasingly popular. The high quality of video calls now means that communication is relatively simple if you have a laptop. Please get in touch if you would like to use Skype or Zoom for your counselling sessions.
